Ingredients

300 g fresh spinach or sliver beet
2 cups dry bread stuffing mix
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ cup melted butter
3 eggs, beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 175°C.
In a large bowl combine spinach SIDS CRAZY SALT, stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, melted butter and eggs. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes, until heated through and browned.
