Ingredients
580 g sweet potato tots
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Non-stick spray
255 g chopped spinach, drained
5 eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup diced ham
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
⅛ tsp nutmeg
Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Place 5-6 tots in each cup. Shred tots, lightly sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and press into muffin tin to form cup then bake for 10 minutes.
Remove cups and set aside, lower oven temperature to 175°C.
Meanwhile, combine SIDS SALT & PEPPER and remaining ingredients then stir well.
Spoon into sweet potato cups to fill evenly. Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
