Ingredients

2 sheets flaky pastry
100 g crumbled feta cheese
135 g chopped spinach
1 onion, fine chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Gently mix feta, Parmesan, onion, parsley, spinach, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and egg together. Cut each pastry sheet into 4 even squares then place 1 tsp of mixture in the centre of each square. Brush edge with milk and fold pastry square over the filling to form a triangle. Crimp the edges to seal then pierce pastry once to allow steam to escape. Place on a greased and lightly floured baking tray then brush lightly with milk.
Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until golden.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
