Ingredients
1kg squid, cleaned
½ cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ cup (125ml) water
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 small red onion, fine diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tomato, diced
1 tbsp GF soy sauce
Directions
Combine the squid, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic in the hot oil until softened, 5-7 minutes.
Stir the tomato and soy sauce.
Pour the squid mixture into the saucepan and bring to a simmer then cook together another 20 minutes.
