Ingredients
700 g sirloin steak cut into small cubes
1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp NY cut pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp minced parsley
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat.
Place the steak in the pan in a single layer; you may have to work in batches depending on the size of your pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Repeat with remaining meat if needed.
Add the butter, NY cut pepper and garlic to the pan then cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce. Season the steak with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
