Ingredients
4 steaks
3 tbsp parsley
2 tsp New York Cut pepper
2 tbsp minced garlic
⅓ cup peanut oil
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup brown sugar
Directions
Place SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and all of the ingredients in a blender & blitz on high speed for about 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed together.
In a large bag or Tupperware container, pour all but ⅓ cup of the marinade over desired meat.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours, minimum of 3 hours.
Reserve the ⅓ for halfway through cooking, brush on and flip - then continue grilling/cooking.
