Ingredients
1 kg blade steak (about 5 cm thick)
ZESTY MARINADE:--
3 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
3 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Directions
Using a very sharp knife, trim off any fat and connective tissue. Place steaks in baking dish.
Zesty Marinade: In a bowl, combine SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL, rosemary & SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Pour over steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Brush both sides with marinade then discard the rest. Place steaks on oiled grill over a high heat. Grill, turning every 15 seconds, until medium rare. (about 5 minutes)
Rest, covered, for 5 minutes then transfer to cutting board and slice thinly across the grain.
