Ingredients
8 slices deli roast beef
500 g bacon
8 hot dogs in natural casings
Cheese, shredded
8 buns, very fresh
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Dijon mustard
SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
1 red onions, chopped
Directions
Bring grill temperature up to 150°C with coals offset for indirect cooking. Apply SIDS SALT & PEPPER to roast beef. Wrap hot dog in roast beef. No more than 5 mm, trim off excess. Wrap hot dog and roast beef with two pieces of bacon.
Place opposite hot coals for indirect cooking. Cover grill and cook for approximately 1 hour. After an hour check for doneness.
Remove from grill and place in hot dog buns. Top with Dijon mustard, red onion and SIDS GARLIC SAUCE.
Serve with chips, burgers, potato salad and baked beans. Sit back with a beer, relax, and enjoy.
