Ingredients
1 kg chuck, shin, gravy beef or stewing steak
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ cup rice bran oil
1 cup sliced onions
¼ cup Tuimato sauce
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Pinch of dried oregano
1 cup beef stock (if necessary)
1 pkt Udon noodles
1 small tin tomatoes including liquid (optional)
Grated cheese
Directions
Cut steak into 2 cm cubes and toss with cornflour, SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Cook in oil until just brown then add onions and cook until soft. Add Dijon mustard, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and the rest of the ingredients except, noodles and cheese and simmer, covered, for 1¼ hours. Roughly break the noodles and add with cheese on top and simmer a further ½ hour.
