Ingredients

6 flour tortillas
2 cups Tasty cheese
1 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
½ orange bell pepper, diced
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 onion, diced
500 g steak, cooked & cut into strips
2 tbsp butter

Directions

Preheat a frypan with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL over medium heat. Add in diced bell pepper, sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT and onion then sauté for another 5 minutes until veggies soften. Add the sliced, precooked steak to the veggies and toss until golden. Set the steak and veggie mixture aside.
Into a clean pan, add a bit of butter and place a tortilla on top. On half of the tortilla, add the cheese, steak mixture, and more cheese. Fold the tortilla over.
Once the tortilla is golden, flip it over and cook for a few more minutes until the other side is also golden. Repeat the same steps with the rest of quesadillas.
Serve while the quesadillas are still warm and the cheese is melty. Enjoy!
