Ingredients

2 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
3 onions, sliced
2 tbsp raw bush honey
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
4x 120 g steaks (sirloin or rump)
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tsp rice bran oil
8 thick slices of wholegrain bread
Spinach leaves to garnish

Directions

Marinate steak at room temperature in SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE for 4 hours covered with plastic film.
Heat SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL in a saucepan, add onions and cook over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes until soft but not coloured. Add the honey and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring often until caramelised. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then leave to cool.
Light BBQ and set to HIGH. Brush BBQ grill with oil then BBQ the steaks for 5 minutes or how you like it, turning every 15 seconds. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes and keep warm. Slice steak into 10 mm thick strips then place on the bread and top with Honey Onions and a few spinach leaves. Top with another slice of bread.
