Ingredients

1 kg trimmed flank steak
1 tsp salt
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp cumin, ground
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
½ coriander, ground
CHIMICHURRI:--
1 garlic clove
1½ cups fresh coriander
1½ cups fresh parsley
¼ cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
⅓ cup SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Preheat grill.
Pat steak dry. Stir together 1 teaspoon salt, SIDS CRAZY SALT, cumin, coriander and pepper in a small bowl and rub mixture onto both sides of steak. Grill steak on a griller pan about 10 cm from heat 6 minutes per side, for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, dribble garlic to a food processor and finely chop. Add coriander, parsley, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL, cayenne and remaining ½ teaspoon salt, then pulse until herbs are finely chopped.
Holding a knife at a 45° angle, thinly slice steak. Serve with chimichurri sauce.
