Ingredients
4 x 130 g white fish fillets
2 tbsp GF soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp very fine sliced ginger
2 tbsp very fine sliced scallions
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Directions
Pat fish dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, ginger, spring onions and sesame oil together. Drizzle sauce over fish pieces.
Fill wok with a couple 5 cm of water and bring up to boil. Gently place fish in bamboo steamer and place in wok. Reduce heat slightly and cover with lid. Steam fish for 7-8 minutes, until fish is white and starts to flake.
