Ingredients

⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
⅓ cup sweet chilli sauce
⅓ cup oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp bush honey
1 garlic clove, minced
8 chicken leg drumsticks
Poppy seeds

Directions

Mix SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE with the rest of the sauces and oil, honey & garlic in a large ziplock bag.
Slice the drumsticks with shallow diagonal slashes then add to the marinade. Shake bag to cover the chicken then leave overnight in a cool place.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Line a baking dish with baking paper then remove the chicken from the bag and arrange on the baking paper in a single layer.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes. Turn legs over and cook a further 15 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkle of poppy seeds.
