Ingredients

2 kg single pork ribs
2 tsp rice bran oil, for the bowl
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
1 tsp ginger, ground
¾ cup SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Bring ribs to room temperature and preheat slow cooker to HIGH. Rub the inside of the cooker bowl with oil.
Mix SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE, lemon juice, SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE, ground ginger, SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD and sugar together in a small bowl.
Season ribs with a little salt then place them around the sides and on the bottom of the bowl. Pour the sauce over the ribs, ensuring some runs down between the ribs and the sides of the bowl.
Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then LOW for 3 hours. Carefully remove ribs from the cooker onto a warm serving platter - the meat will be falling off the bone. Pour any remaining liquid over the ribs.
Serve with a finger bowl per person!
