Ingredients
1 tbsp rice bran oil
180 g snow peas, rinse & trim ends
10 fresh prawns, peeled, rinsed & de-veined
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp spring onions, chopped
SEASONINGS:--
1 tsp Chinese rice wine or Shaoxing rice wine
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Heat up oil in a wok. Stir-fry ginger, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and spring onion first until it’s aromatic. Add prawns and rice wine and stir-fry until the prawns change colour. Add snow peas and stir-fry for a further 20 seconds.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Serve when it’s hot.
