Ingredients
700 g skirt steak, 2 cm cubed
1 large onion, sliced
3 large potatoes, 2 cm cubed
150 g mushrooms
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup small peas
450 g can tomato soup
2 carrots
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 orange capsicum, sliced
1 tbsp light soy
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp ground nutmeg
2 bay leaves
flour to thicken
1 tsp ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a casserole dish, mix soy, garlic and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE together then mix in the beef. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and microwave for 35 minutes.
