Ingredients
50 medium mushrooms
¼ cup butter
170 g canned crab meat
250 g whipped cream cheese
500 g grated Cheddar cheese
6 spring onions, fine chopped
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Wipe mushrooms and remove stems.
Melt Butter & stir in mushrooms and stems until coated then set aside.
Drain crab meat then mix SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and everything except the Parmesan cheese
Stuff Mushrooms, cover with Parmesan Cheese then bake at 175°C for 10 minutes, then grill for 2 minutes.
