Ingredients

500 g ground beef
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 large onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
½ cup rice, uncooked
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
3 bay leaves
280 g Tuimato sauce
6 cups beef stock
½ cup cream

Directions

Preheat a pot with oil over medium-heat. Add ground beef to the pot and break it down into small pieces as it cooks. Add SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, chopped carrots, diced onion. Sauté until veggies soften. Add bell peppers and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add rice, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, bay leaves, Tuimato sauce and beef stock. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
Add cream, cook for 5 more minutes then remove from the heat. Serve with fresh herbs and a dollop of sour cream.
