Ingredients
4 tomatoes
coriander leaves (to taste)
½ orange bell pepper, diced
1 medium carrot
250 g canned tuna
4 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Wash the tomatoes and cut off the top. Remove the inside of the tomato with a spoon then cut into small pieces. Drain the liquid from the tomato and set aside.
Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork. In a bowl, put the shredded tuna, grated carrot, pepper, the tomato pieces and SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and dried coriander leaves then mix with a spoon. Stuff the tomatoes and serve them fresh with lettuce salad.
