Ingredients
85 g frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
½ pkt dry onion soup mix
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp cornflour
4 chicken legs
Directions
Preheat oven to 190oC.
In a bowl, combine the orange juice, onion soup mix, SIDS CRAZY SALT, poultry seasoning and cornflour. Mix together well and set aside. Place chicken in a 23 x 33 cm baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and cover with foil.
Bake at 190oC for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
