Ingredients

250 g surimi, chopped very fine
3 spring onions, sliced thin
250 g cream cheese
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup fine chopped orange capsicum
1 tbsp SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD

Directions

Set aside 2 tbsp of onions then mix the remaining ingredients, including SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD. Refrigerate for 1 hour then sprinkle with the reserved onions and serve.
