Ingredients

2 cups guacamole
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp chilli-garlic sauce
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
500 g surimi
2 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
4 tortillas, warmed
4 lettuce leaves

Directions

Into the guacamole stir lime juice, onion, chilli sauce and SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO then set aside. Sprinkle SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB over the surimi to coat well.
Layer ½ cup each of spread, surimi chunks and lettuce on one side of each tortilla. Roll up then cut in half.
