Ingredients
¼ cup of Mirin
1 cup of Japanese soy sauce
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Add Mirin, SIDS CRAZY SALT and soy sauce to a pan. Bring the sauce to a boil (to help eliminate alcohol) and stir occasionally. Once the sauce reaches boiling point, reduce the heat to a low simmer. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes then cool and use. Keep in a screw-top bottle in the fridge.
