Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry dough
¼ cup flour
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup ricotta cheese, grated
Directions
Combine ricotta cheese with sugar and 2 eggs.
Divide the dough into equal size pieces, enough for the molds.
Fill each half of the piece with ricotta cheese and turn over to the other side.
Whisk the last egg and use it to brush the tops. Sprinkle it with some sugar.
Bake them at 175°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
