Ingredients

2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 kg steak, in 2 cm chunks
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 cups sliced onion
2 cups carrot, 1 cm slices
2 cups celery, 1 cm slices
2 cups Tuimato sauce
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ cup bush honey
1 tbsp brown seed mustard
¼ cup brown sugar, to taste
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp sweet paprika
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Sour cream (for a garnish when served)

Directions

Marinate steak in SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE for ½ hour. In a large frypan, heat the oil and cook meat, just until browned. (about 4-5 minutes) Place in the Crock Pot, along with all the rest of the ingredients including SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, brown seed mustard, honey and SIDS SALT & PEPPER, except the sour cream. Mix well, cover and cook on LOW until the meat is tender, about 6 hours. Thicken as desired.
Serve in bowls and top with a spoon full of Sour Cream, on pasta.
