Ingredients
1 cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ cup white sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 onion, sliced fine
½ fresh red chilli, minced (optional)
1½ tbsp Tuimato sauce
2 tsp cornflour
Directions
Chunky - In a small pot, heat slowly and simmer, stirring, until thick. Add sugar to taste.
Smooth - Put onion, chilli and SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR into a blender and blitz until smooth. Transfer into a small pot, add the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring until thick. Add sugar to taste.
