Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cut lengthways
2 tbsp plain flour
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¾ cup dry white wine
8 slices ham
1 tbsp French mustard
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
8 slices Edam cheese
½ cup cream
Directions
Season flour with SIDS CRAZY SALT then coat chicken.
Melt butter in large frying pan over a medium heat. Add garlic and chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
Add wine and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium/low and simmer covered, for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Remove chicken to a heat-proof dish and place a slice of ham and cheese on top of each piece.
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Boil remaining mixture in frying pan until it reduces by half. Decrease heat, add mustard, cream and onions and cook for 3 minutes. Place chicken on plate and spoon over sauce to serve.
