Ingredients

7 eggs
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
3 small bunches parsley
1 large or 2 medium carrots
2 medium onions
3-4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp 7 Spice blend
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp dried coriander
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Rice bran oil, for frying

Directions

Blitz the carrots, onion, and garlic in your food processor until they're cut into little pieces. Chop the parsley. Set aside.
Beat the eggs, SIDS CRAZY SALT, flour, 7 spice blend and spices with an electric whisk until light and frothy.
Add in the parsley, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and chopped vegetables and mix until fully incorporated.
Heat oil and scoop the batter into the oil in batches. Fry until golden.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
