Ingredients

500 g ground beef
1½ cups chopped onions
2 tsp minced garlic
1½ tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp chilli flakes, to taste
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cornflour
¾ cup beef broth
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
⅓ cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
250 g noodles, cooked
½ cup sliced spring onion

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles then drain and keep warm.
Heat sesame oil in pan. Sauté onion garlic, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, ginger and chilli flakes until tender.
Combine cornflour and beef broth, whisking until smooth. Stir broth mixture, hoisin sauce and soy sauce into onion mixture. Boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stir in ground beef. Toss with hot cooked pasta and sprinkle with sliced spring onions.
