Ingredients

335 g cooked shrimp, tails removed
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, sliced
1 tbsp peanut oil
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp bush honey
2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp Kikkoman GF soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
4 tbsp fish stock

Directions

Stir together water, SIDS PLUM SAUCE, soy sauce, cornflour, honey, cayenne pepper, fish stock and ginger then set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry onions and garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in shrimp then toss to coat with oil. Stir in sauce and cook until bubbly and thickened.
