Ingredients

120 ml water
4 tbsp Tuimato Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp cornflour
2 tsp honey
1 tsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
½ tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp rice bran oil
6 spring onions,chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 kg cooked shrimp

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together water, Tuimato Sauce, soy sauce, cornflour, honey, crushed red pepper, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and ground ginger. Set it aside. In a large skillet heat oil on medium-high heat.
Stir in spring onions and garlic then cook 1 minute. Stir in shrimp and mix so it is covered in the oil.
Stir in sauce the cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
