Ingredients

480 g spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
12 sausages
2 orange bell peppers
12 mushrooms
2 tbsp rice bran oil
4 tbsp milk
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
SAUCE:--
8 tbsp Tuimato sauce
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
½ tsp sugar (optional)
2-6 tbsp reserved pasta water
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta to al denté, according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, mince the garlic clove and slice onion, sausages, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
In a large frypan or sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, just until golden and fragrant.
Add the onions to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes. When the onions are wilted, add the sausages and sauté for 1 minute. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms and sauté until everything is cooked.
Add the Sauce Ingredients - Tuimato sauce, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, and sugar (optional). When the sauce thickens, add the pasta cooking water. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
As soon as the pasta is cooked and drained, add to the pan and toss to combine using tongs.
Add the milk and Parmesan cheese and toss to combine. Serve immediately in warmed plates.
