Ingredients

1 tbsp tandoori paste
2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
500 g chicken breast strips
oil spray
4 tbsp mango chutney
8 tortillas
½ head lettuce, shredded
2 carrots, coarse grated
100 g snow peas, trimmed & fine sliced
4 cups assorted vegetables, coarse julienned
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Combine tandoori paste, yoghurt and chicken in a bowl. Cook chicken in a frypan, in batches, until browned and cooked through.
Assemble the wraps by spreading chutney on the tortillas then top with lettuce, carrots, snow-peas and chicken. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste then roll up and serve with vegetable sticks.
