Ingredients
1 cup cooked sushi rice
1⅔ tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Sushi Ingredients:--
1 slice tuna
1 slice squid
1 slice salmon
1 slice fresh sardine
Tororo konbu (flaked konbu seaweed)
sliced Japanese egg omelette
4 thin strips of nori
5 thin slices radish
3 thin slices cucumber
wasabi paste
Garnish:--
pickled ginger
chopped chives
perilla leaves
cream cheese
lemon wedge
dill
salmon eggs
Teriyaki sauce
Directions
Make sushi rice by combining rice vinegar, sugar and SIDS SALT & PEPPER together in a bowl. Mix this in with hot cooked rice and set aside.
Divide the sushi rice into 8 balls.
Sushi: place a sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface. Put your sushi ingredients in the centre and dab a little wasabi on. Put a ball of sushi rice on top. Wrap tightly.
Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve on a platter with your preferred garnish. Enjoy!
