Ingredients
1 serving Chicken Teriyaki (see recipe)
1 Iceberg lettuce
Chicken Teriyaki sauce (see recipe)
½ cup carrots, julienne
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp minced ginger
½ tsp spring onion
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
Prepare the Teriyaki Chicken as per the linked recipe. Chop the chicken into cubes then set aside.
Sauté ginger for 20 seconds then add chopped chicken, carrot, ½ tsp sesame seeds and half of the recipe for Teriyaki sauce. Stirfry for 2 minutes, season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then remove to a plate to cool.
Divide chicken mixture among the lettuce leaves arranged on a serving plate. Top with remaining sesame seeds and spring onion.
