Ingredients

1 onion, diced
2 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp rice bran oil
4 tbsp green curry paste
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 can coconut milk
1 cup frozen peas
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until tender until fragrant. Add onion and curry paste then sauté until onion is translucent and tender. Add chicken, SIDS CRAZY SALT and brown for about 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and let mixture simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Add frozen peas and simmer until thawed. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Serve over rice.
