Ingredients
¼ cup chilli sauce
¼ cup fish sauce
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1½ tbsp dark sesame oil
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger root
3 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
1 kg steak
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together SIDS SALT & PEPPER, chilli sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Set aside a few tablespoons of the mixture for brushing the steaks during grilling. Score flank steak and place in a shallow dish. Pour remaining marinade over the steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Lightly brush the grilling surface with oil. Grill steak, turning every 15 seconds and brushing frequently with the reserved marinade mixture.
