Ingredients

500 g white fish, 100 g as a chunk, ideally even in shape
4 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp turmeric paste
1 tsp salt
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
a little coriander to garnish

Directions

Thinly slice the fish and place on a plate then chill while you prepare the sauce.
Mix the sauce ingredients together well (lime and lemon juices, turmeric paste, salt, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, ginger and garlic) then pour over the fish. Serve immediately.
