Ingredients
200 g mushrooms, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced
4 tbsp butter
4 slices Mölenberg Multigrain sandwich bread
1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Turn on sandwich-maker. Fry onions and mushrooms in some butter until onion is translucent. Mix the onion, mushrooms, gouda and SIDS CRAZY SALT in a bowl. Season to taste.
Butter 1 side of the bread slices and place 2 slices in the sandwich-maker, butter side down. Put some mixture on the slices and top with a slice of butter side up bread, ensuring there is no squeeze-out.
Cook until golden brown then serve hot.
