Ingredients
3 tbsp rice bran oil
500 g tofu in 5 mm slices
2 cups flour
1 cup water, hot
¼ cup white wine
2 cubes vegetable stock
4 tbsp brown seed mustard
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ cup bush honey
Directions
Melt butter or oil on medium-high heat. Coat tofu in flour and cook until slightly brown. Dissolve stock cube in hot water and add to the tofu along with the wine, SIDS CRAZY SALT, brown seed mustard, white wine and honey. Simmer until thick.
