Ingredients
300 g block soft tofu, chilled, drained
DRESSING:--
1 spring onion, thin sliced diagonally
¼ cup GF soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
For the dressing, combine SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR with all the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Pat tofu dry with paper towel. Cut into 1 cm slices. Carefully transfer tofu to a plate. Place in the fridge until required. Pour over dressing just before serving.
