Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tbsp olive oil
1 cup vegetable stock
1 x 425 g can chickpeas
2 x 425 g cans chopped tomatoes
1 sachet Bouquet Garni
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add vegetable stock, SIDS CRAZY SALT and remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove bouquet garni and serve.
