Ingredients
6 kg tomatoes, chopped
4 onions, diced
1½ cups sugar
4 tsp salt
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
tarragon, pinch
170 g butter
4 tbsp flour
curry, pinch
Directions
Mix together tomatoes, onions, sugar, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and tarragon then cook for 20 minutes.
Make a batter of the flour then add the remaining ingredients, mix well and boil for 5 minutes.
Serve with crunchy crutons.
