Ingredients
300 g fresh tuna or salmon, cubed
juice from 2 lemons
juice from 1 mandarin
juice from 1 lime
6 pieces Thai chilli, chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp white sugar
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Combine lemon juice, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, garlic powder, lime juice, mandarin juice, ginger powder and sugar and mix well.
Place the fish in a large bowl. Pour in the lemon mixture and chilli then gently toss until all the ingredients are well blended. Cover and place inside the fridge for at least 3 hours.
