Ingredients
500g tuna steaks or thick fillets
2 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
Directions
Place fish in a dish and sprinkle with SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, covering all surfaces. Marinate for 2 hours, turning every ¼ hour to ensure marinade is absorbed evenly. Wrap fish in clingfilm to form a tube then place in freezer for 1 hour. Remove clingfilm from fish then slice thinly on an angle. Serve with wasabi paste, ginger and teriaki sauce (if Gluten Free, use 50/50 SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and water, mixed)
