Ingredients

595 g canned tuna, drained
⅓ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
170 g cheese, grated
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
8 bread slices

Directions

Drain and save the liquid from canned tuna. Place the tuna in a large bowl and break it apart with a fork.
Add in the mayonnaise, diced tomato, 80 g of cheese, spring onion, SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Stir to combine together.
Portion the tuna mixture on each slice of bread. Top off the melts with a sprinkle of the remaining cheese.
Bake at 200°C for about 5-10 minutes. Garnish with herbs, and enjoy!
