Ingredients
2 X 100 g tuna steaks
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp whole peppercorns
Directions
Season the tuna steaks with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the peppercorns in the mixture until they soften and pop, about 5 minutes. Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook for 1½ minutes per side.
