Ingredients
120 g orange sweet peppers
120 g yellow sweet peppers
120 g can Tuna in oil
340 g cream cheese
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
¼ tsp cumin
2 tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
¾ cup grated cheddar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175°C
Spray a large baking tray with cooking spray and set aside.
Slice sweet peppers lengthwise and remove any seeds. Place the peppers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl combined the tuna, cream cheese, chilli powder, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, spring onions and ½ cup of the cheddar. Mix until completely combined.
Place a spoonful of the mixture in each sweet pepper, top with remaining ¼ cup shredded cheddar.
Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
