Ingredients
500 g sashimi grade tuna
4 tbsp rice bran oil
Tataki Sauce:--
2 spring onions, thin sliced
2 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
6 tbsp ponzu
4 tsp sesame oil (roasted)
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp white sesame seeds (roasted/toasted)
Garnish:--
1 lemon
Directions
Combine SIDS CRAZY LEMON with the ponzu and Tataki sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. When the oil is hot, sear the tuna 30 seconds on each side.
When all sides are seared, remove from the heat and let it cool. Slice the tuna into 6 mm pieces. Pour the sauce and serve.
